I had already posted how to remove system apps from your phone using root explorer,but now try this app its more easy and convenient to remove system apps using an app.

ROOT IS NECESSARY
STEPS
1.Download root app delete

2.open the app and select "system apps" then select "pro" then select the apps that you want to uninstall
3.Make sure that you backup your system apps before uninstalling them.
4.Reboot your phone
I tried this before from playstore too.But when reboot all the uninstalled apps got installed again.It happens may be due to my stock rom.That's why I am seeking to get a custom rom and CWM from you.Thank you for taking time to make a new post for this.

you should uninstall that app from setting>manage application
I think you are not uninstalling the app due to which it is temporarily stored on your device

Uninstall them from settings>manage applications
